Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza

March 8, 2018

My Chicken Tikka Masala recipe has by far been my most popular, both on this Blog and my last. I still love it and make it all the time, but when I do– I always make sure to double the batch so we can make this pizza for lunch the next day. It’s an old recipe, but still a fave in my family, so I thought i’d repost! I can’t decide if I like my CTM classic, or on a naan bread covered in cheese and mango chutney, but either way it’s a win! Esp. when you can whip it up in just 5 minutes! I hope you guys love this like we do! <3

2. Spread the (leftover) chicken tikka masala on to the naan
3. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella, fresh jalapeños and red onion
