
Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
Serves: 4-6
Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings
- Oil for frying
{For the sauce} - 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat add all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce, stir, then reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
3. Fry the chicken wings for 10-15 mins, until crisp on the outside. Place on a paper-towel lined plate to drain off excess oil.
4. Add the honey BBQ sauce to a large mixing bowl. Toss the chicken wings in the bowl of sauce to coat, then plate with some celery and carrot sticks.
